Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Justcuts products as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.
Eligibility Requirements
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order
- Condition: Items must be in original, unopened packaging with seals intact
- Documentation: Must include original packing slip or order confirmation
- Resalable Condition: All original tags and labels must be attached
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products once opened:
- Opened Cosmetic Products: Custom Makeup, Lip Care, and general Makeup items
- Personal Care Items: Body Care, Facial Care, and Handmade Soap where seals have been broken
- Hair Colour Products: All ammonia-free hair color formulations once opened
- Gifts & Kits: Where individual components have been used or opened
- Brushes & Combs: That have been used or removed from original packaging
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order:

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
- RMA form for your package
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package items in original packaging with the RMA form and ship to:
