Return & Exchange Eligibility

1 Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.

2 Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unopened packaging with seals intact
  • In resalable condition with all original tags and labels
  • Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened cosmetic products (including Custom Makeup, Lip Care, and Makeup items)
  • Personal care items where seals have been broken (Body Care, Facial Care, Handmade Soap)
  • Hair Colour products (once opened, due to their custom nature and ammonia-free formulations)
  • Gifts & Kits where individual components have been used or opened
  • Brushes & Combs that have been used or removed from original packaging

2 Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning your items.

3 Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the items in their original packaging, include the RMA form, and ship to our returns center:

4 Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your card within 5-7 business days

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Information
