It also exfoliates the scalp, leaving it clean and soft while the antiseptic properties keep away germs and fungal infections. It will act as a conditioning agent and protein treatment for hair. The amino acids in rice flour help coat the hair strands and repair any damage that might be present. This all adds up to strong, shiny hair; free of frizz, tangles and hair breakage.
