DIRECTIONS

Add 1/2 of the muslin bag to warm running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic. Meditate, chant, read, listen to music—any soothing activity will do. Drink water before, during, and after the bath. Rinse and towel dry. Wrap yourself in a towel or robe and…feel better.
